Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal and your Pro-Owner access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Almost nothing is deleted. Extra properties, photos, and translations remain intact — you just can't add new ones until you're back within Free limits. The one exception is files shared in messages: these are stored for 30 days on the Free plan, so any files uploaded while on Pro will be permanently deleted 30 days after downgrading.
What is a Founding Owner?
The first 50 paying owners lock a founding price for life on Plus and Pro. It never increases. Once the 50 spots are gone, prices rise to the standard rates. Portfolio-Owner has no founding rate.
What happens when I outgrow Pro?
Pro-Owner covers up to 5 properties (3 included plus 2 additional at $179/year each). At your sixth property, Portfolio-Owner takes over: up to 10 homes for $699/year, which is only $42 more than a fully extended Pro plan. Upgrades are prorated, so you are never charged twice for the same period.
I manage more than 10 properties. Can I use PrivateStay?

Will you ever charge fees on bookings?
No. PrivateStay is subscription-only. The mission is to give owners a private booking tool with no platform taking a cut.
