Booking a stay

How to submit a booking request and what happens next.


Once you have been approved as a follower of a property, you can submit a booking request. This is not an instant confirmation — it is a request that the host will review and either approve or decline.

How to submit a booking request

  1. Open the listing page
  2. Navigate to the Booking section
  3. Select your check-in and check-out dates using the calendar — greyed-out dates are already blocked or booked
  4. Enter the number of guests (1 to 50)
  5. Optionally, add a message to the host
  6. Review your details and click Submit request

Your name, email address, and phone number are pre-filled from your profile and will be shared with the host as part of the request.

After submitting

You will receive an email confirming that your request has been received. The host will review it and respond — there is no set timeline.

  • If approved: You receive a confirmation email with the booking details and the host's bank transfer payment instructions. Follow the payment instructions to complete your booking.
  • If declined: You receive a notification and the dates become available again.

Important

A booking request is not a confirmed reservation until the host explicitly approves it. Do not make travel arrangements (flights, transfers, etc.) until you have received a booking confirmation email.

Minimum and maximum stays

Some properties have minimum or maximum night requirements. If your selected dates do not meet the property's requirements, you will see a notice when trying to submit. Adjust your dates accordingly.

Availability conflicts

The calendar shows real-time availability. If dates appear as available when you start your request but become booked before you submit, you will see an error. Select alternative dates and try again.

Can I modify a booking?

There is no in-platform booking modification flow. If you need to change your dates after a booking has been approved, contact the host directly via messages. Any changes are at the host's discretion.

Can I cancel a booking?

There is no in-platform cancellation flow. Contact the host directly via messages to discuss. The host's cancellation policy (shown on the listing page) applies.
