PrivateStay offers three plans for hosts: Free, Plus and Pro. Guests always use the platform for free. Plans only apply to hosts managing a listing.
Free
The Free plan gives you everything you need to get started: one property listing, up to 10 gallery photos, one pricing tier, and your listing in two languages (the language you write in, plus one more that you can change up to three times a month). You can connect one outside calendar, such as Airbnb or Google Calendar. Access requests, direct messaging, booking management, automated arrival and departure emails, and reviews are all included, and stay included on every plan.
Plus
Plus is built for making your properties shine. It includes everything in Free, plus:
- Unlimited gallery photos
- Your listing in all six languages (English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, and Portuguese), with automatic translation
- Unlimited pricing tiers, so you can price by season or stay length
- Minimum and maximum night rules per season
- Room-by-room sleeping arrangements, so guests see exactly where everyone sleeps
- Analytics: who visited your page, your most interested followers, how visits are turning into booking requests, activity patterns, and where visitors came from
Plus still connects one outside calendar, the same as Free.
Pro
Pro is built for running a real operation. It includes everything in Plus, plus:
- Unlimited outside calendar connections, synced both ways
- Guest profiles: full stay history, contact details and your private notes for every guest
- Letters: send an email to all your approved followers at once
- A custom subdomain for your listing, and the option to remove the "Powered by PrivateStay" footer
- Files shared in messages are kept for as long as you're on Pro (on Free and Plus they are kept for 30 days)
- Priority support
Guest payments through Stripe and a custom email sender address are planned Pro features, coming soon. For now, guests pay hosts directly by bank transfer on every plan.
More than one property
Every paid plan covers your first property. Each extra property costs $89, €79 or £69 a year, depending on the currency you pay in, on Plus and Pro alike. It is added to the same account, so you keep one login, one dashboard and one bill. There is no limit on how many properties you can add. If you add a property partway through your billing year, the first charge only covers the rest of that year. The current price in your currency is always shown on the Pricing page.
The Free plan covers one property. To add a second one, choose Plus or Pro first.

Which plan is right for you
- One property, casual hosting: Free covers you completely.
- Properties you want to look their best in every language: Plus.
- A real operation, with calendars on several platforms and followers to keep in touch with: Pro.
Platform fee on stays
No plan includes a commission on stays. PrivateStay never takes a percentage of what guests pay you. Every plan is a flat annual subscription, nothing more.
