Iacopo Di Luigi

Founder, PrivateStay

Iacopo rented out his London flat for five years and made almost nothing after agency fees, while paying for the hotel next door every time he visited. He and his wife Alessia took the flat back and opened it only to people they know, through a private page that started taking bookings by word of mouth within a week. That page became PrivateStay.
